2. Scope of Services
Vision OP operates as a licensed international medical travel facilitator. We provide comprehensive organizational assistance including medical consultations, patient coordination, hotel reservations, and VIP airport transfers in Istanbul. All surgical and ophthalmic treatments are performed independently by licensed medical doctors and ophthalmology professors at JCI-accredited partner hospitals (including Medicana Ataköy Hospital).

We treat your medical health records and personal information with utmost confidentiality. Data processing is executed strictly in compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Medical data is never sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
